Meet Gertie

Gertie is a 1963 Shasta beaut. A rare find with most of her original bones intact....

So we left her imperfectly perfect vintage.

Gertie reminds us of a time when friends got together in person, in small quaint spaces to enjoy a good conversation, a good laugh, and a delicious cocktail.

She is what we love about Wisconsin, a good ol’ OLD-FASHIONED (the drink of course) supper club on wheels.

Her space is small and impractical to most,

but it is what we cherish about Gertie.

She shows her age, but it’s her story.

We are free-spirited gals & so are our drinks!

All of our free-spirited drinks are crafted using our signature homemade syrups, only the best ingredients are used. (Most of our lemons, grapefruit, and oranges come from sunny Arizona. Sweet, tart, and always organic!)

Our syrups are the foundation for the best drink experience. Kind of like a great-fitting pair of jeans.

It’s up to you, do you fancy a jalapeno syrup for a show-stopping marg or a lemon lavender syrup that feels like a day at the spa?

Pick your syrups and let us take it from there. We will craft the best drink for your special shindig, soiree, or even a Tuesday office get-together.

State laws do not allow us to sell liquor, but we can work with you to determine the quantity of liquor you need to bring to the party.

We specialize in free spirited drinks, but we also offer other cartes for you to choose from.

The mobile bar is built to serve whatever our guests are looking to share. If it can be served, we can do it!

Bar Carte Co. pricing includes drinks, serving glasses, set up, break down, and two bartenders.

The Fresh Package

This is our package that includes 2 hours of service for 25-50 guests.

starting at $1200

The Retro Package

This is our package that includes 2 hours of service for 50-75 guests.

starting at $1600

The Shindig Package

This is our basic package that includes 2 hours of service for 75-100 guests.

starting at $2200

We cannot provide the liquor but we can help you determine how much liquor you will need to buy for your private party and then take care of all the other details.
